Nuria sometimes likes to describe her job as ‘creative translator’. She’s the constant link between client, designer and suppliers making sure that everyone is working to the same brief and delivering creativity on time and on budget.
“I’m lucky enough to work in a job where there’s something to inspire me everyday – it might be a new brief or the turning point of an ongoing project, the sheer creativity of my colleagues, or sometimes it’s as simple as our studio playlist.”
Matt is Bisqit’s invaluable advisor; the bridge between strategy and creativity, ensuring we ‘get it right’ whilst remaining as imaginative, adventurous and original as possible.

Dan’s role is to provide creative and strategic input from the start, looking at problems holistically to understand how brands speak and act. He directs a team of designers who work together to deliver creative solutions and apply them effectively. Dan is also responsible for developing junior talent, acting as mentor to our interns and junior designers.

Karen oversees a wide range of our branding programmes, bringing strategic thinking and commercial intelligence to projects. She enjoys establishing warm and trusting relationships with clients.

Britt is responsible for directing and managing the activities of her projects. She is the first point of contact for her clients and is responsible for ensuring that projects deliver on strategy, on budget and on time.

Ross heads up our Brand Experience offer, helping brands tell their stories by bringing together architecture, interior design and digital content to create unique environments. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, from the ‘smart idea’ – finding the right hook, angle or point of view – right through to the final ‘cut and thrust’ of being on site.
